Can I create my own Bali tour?
We live our motto YOU CHOOSE WE DRIVE and our tour packages are only suggestions. If you want to choose your own adventure and create your own unique tour, we’re here to help
Where can I find my booked Bali Private Driver at the airport?
On the day of your arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar, your driver will be waiting for you with a name board in the arrivals terminal. We use your flight number to check in advance when exactly you will land in order to receive you directly. We would also be happy to contact you via WhatsApp in order to be able to coordinate everything even better.
How can I pay for my excursion?
We accept cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah IDR, the local currency. We are also currently working on a payment option with Paypal. If you would like to pay in a different currency, please let me know in advance.
Can I customize existing Bali tours?
Yes it is possible to customize existing Bali tour packages. Just let us know in advance.
Where will I be picked up on the day of my booking?
We pick you up and drop you off at your accommodation or at your preferred location (airport etc.)
How do I recognize my Bali Private Driver?
On the day of your excursion, your driver will meet you at the agreed location and briefly check your name. At the beginning of the tour, I (Made Dodi) will call my guide and make sure that everything is fine and that you can start your tour relaxed.
How can I contact my Bali Private Driver?

Can I cancel booked excursions? Are there any costs?
Sometimes things change unexpectedly, so regular scheduled bookings can be canceled free of charge. If special requests are planned, such as the transport of large groups and we have to rent one or more large capacity buses ourselves, we reserve the right to charge the pure rental fee if this tour is cancelled.
Where can I get a local tourist sim card?

Not all mobile phone providers offer worldwide tariffs this is why International roaming can be expensive, so it is better to buy a local indonesian prepaid SIM or eSIM. These are usually cheap and allow you to enjoy local fares. There are four mobile operators in Indonesia that offer travel-friendly prepaid services: Telkomsel IM3 Ooredoo (soon to be Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison) XL Axiata Smartfren.

Is there WIFI in my driver’s car?
To enjoy every moment with us and your family and friends at home, we now have free wifi hotspots in all our cars. Just ask your Bali Private about it.
How many people can be transported at once?
Our vehicles offer 4 seats including luggage and 7 seats without luggage. However, we also have the service to Pick-up large groups of 10 people (plus) with buses. For such an arrangement, please let us know in advance.
Can I book the Bali private driving for several days?
Yes, that is possible, of course we also offer the possibility to use our service for several days.
Does my driver’s car have child seats?
As your private driver, I would be happy to provide child seats for your little ones during the ride. To ensure that everything is set up and ready to go, please let me know in advance so I can arrange this service for you. Thank you for entrusting me with your transportation needs!
